Last week I mentioned I’m going to have a super sweet tip for you to
have the most memorable open house on
the block and I’m going to deliver on that promise.
I’ve invited my friend and Owner of BiteMe San Diego, Rachel Cosby.
Everybody say Hi Rachel. Heyyy. She is going to show us a couple of treats that
she has provided Realtors to have a very successful open house. Rachel would you bring us today? Well thank you for having me, I am excited to be here with just a few of our dozens of bites sweet
treats. Today, I brought lemon poppyseed cake with raspberry jam and cream cheese
frosting. Yum! As well as the carrot cake with cream cheese frosting as well
aw well. Outstanding, Carrot cake is one of my favorite cakes. I know!
I love it. So Realtors when you’re having an open house do something different to be memorable. Cookies are soooo 1990s. Little individual bite-sized treats will definitely make your open house stand
out and be memorable and talked about for the entire week. This is an excellent way to build your brand in the neighborhood and start building your business. Hey Rach, okay, hey how do people
